NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Phillip Sawicki, from Niagara Falls, New York, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aviation intermediate maintenance department, is covered by Master Chief Avionics Technician Tinesha Troupe during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
