Richard Russell, Col-onial Treasurer. He was an Assistant from 1680 to 1686 ; a Rep-resentative to the General Court; one of the Council, and a Judgeof the Inferior Court from December 7, 1692, to April 28, died in the office of Treasurer April 28, 1709, aged sixty-nineyears.
