Bolivian Altiplano - 24 May 2018 The Bolivian Altiplano is a harsh place. Mostly located above 4200m (14,000ft) in elevation, it is the largest high plateau on the planet after Tibet. High, dry, oxygen depleted and seared by UV radiation, it is not a comfortable place. But it is incredibly beautiful.
