Hammers young and old pay tribute to Bobby Moore on the 20th anniversary of his death, outside west ham football club


20th anniversary of the death of Bobby Moore, the man who captained England to World Cup triumph in 1966. Moore, who played 544 games for the Hammers, died on 24 February 1993, aged 51, after battling bowel cancer. Robert Frederick Chelsea "Bobby" Moore, OBE was an English footballer. He captained West Ham United for more than ten years and was captain of the England team that won the 1966 World Cup.
