Scottish 1905 Cooperative Buildings above the Graigowl Communities Offices situated on Hilltown and junction of North George Street in Dundee. Meeting of the Works Committee of the Town Council 6th March 1905. Hilltown and North George Plans and sections of Shops and Dwelling-Houses for the Dundee Eastern Co-operative Society Limited. The Council approved of the said Plans and Sections, subject to and with the declaration that the front tenement be erected to the improved line of Hilltown and both tenements to the line of North George Street. Mr Andrew Wilson [from Downfield Dundee] Assistant and Manager of the Dundee Eastern Co-operative Society Ltd; dies on Monday June 3rd 1940. His 1st branch managership was at Hilltown Dundee in 1912 and in 1955 he was promoted Inspector of Branches
