Port Sunlight Model Village, the War Memorial
The war memorial was commissioned by William Lever and designed by W. Goscombe John. In the centre is a cross on a plinth, both in granite. This is surrounded by eleven bronze figures, and on the plinth are plaques with the name of the employees of Lever Brothers lost in the World Wars.
