YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 19, 2023) – Seaman Fabien Sagna, from the Republic of Senegal, fakes down a line at a mooring station during a sea-and-anchor evolution aboard 7th Fleet’s flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), Jan. 19. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, routinely interacts and operates with Allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
