In some of our specimenspreserved in formalin the cephalothorax is dusky or tawny brown,with a narrow median stripe of lighter brownish yellow, wider ante-riorly, and a curved lateral stripe of the same color on each side andof about the same width ; extreme margin edged with a narrowblack line; abdomen brownish black thickly covered with shortblack hairs, and with a faint median stripe of pale brown anteiiorly, 220 221.
