(May 15, 2017) – Command Master Chief Jasen Williams, assigned to the Pacific Fleet Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Training Team, talks to first class petty officers during the Navy Region Northwest First Class Leadership Symposium. The CPO Training is a one-day seminar designed to energize Sailors to become more effective leaders by focusing on leadership responsibilities, key Navy programs, and team building and leader development.
