Only 18 farms reported five or more acres of cultivated crops other than hay, and this acreage was restricted mainly to grain and silage corn, oats, soybeans, and other feed crops for livestock consumption. Cordwood, maple products, apples and vegetables in small acreages were the principal cash crops on the diversified farms, especially in Tuftonboro.
