Chief Fire Controlman Aegis David Rivera participates in a performance education workshop on sexual assault by Pure Praxis at Recruit Training Command as part of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. Pure Praxis is contracted by the Department of Navy Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office and uses improvisational theater to re-create difficult real-world situations so audiences can rehearse proactive responses. More than 35,000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
