A Baltimore Coast Guard Photographer at Bikini. Harold E. Whitmer, 25, Coast Guard Chief Photographer's Mate, of 4011 Fourth Street, Baltimore, Md., has recently returned to the States from the Bikini Atoll, where he shot the Able and Baker atom bomb tests as one of the three photographers assigned by the Coast Guard to cover the Crossroads Project. Whitmer is the first of the three men to return.
