The Lagastrello Pass (1,198 m).(Tuscan side)


The Lagastrello Pass (1,198 m) is a pass between the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines that separates Tuscany (Lunigiana) from Emilia-Romagna. The pass is located along the provincial road 74, in the municipality of Comano, in the province of Massa-Carrara. It connects the province of Massa-Carrara with the province of Reggio Emilia and the province of Parma and is included in the territory of the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. On the pass is Lake Paduli, an artificial lake built in the early 1900s, from which the Enza stream is born. Read more :
