YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 16, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, receive instruction by Mr. Owen Wilson, a Blue Scope, Co. representative, on the assembly and construction of rafter beams for the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) project. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
