Marigrold Tellow Supreme CURRIE'S MARIGOLD (Tagetes) The African and French Marigolds are old favorite, free-flowering annuals of easy culture, both are ex- tremely effective. The former have uniformly large yellow or oi'ange colored flowers, and are well adapted for large beds or mixed borders, the latter are dwarfer in growth, with beautifully striped flowers, and better suited for bedding purposes, or for pot culture; they succeed best in a light soil, with full exposure to the sun. DIXIE SUNSHINE (Gold Medal, 1935)—This variety differs from other Marigolds, the plants grow about 4 feet tall and the flowers look like large double golden yellow Chrysanthemums. Seed ought to be started inside as it requires a long growing season Pkt. 15c '/YELLOW SUPREME'—On vigorous freely-branch- ing plants about 2 feet high, it produces large fluffy •well-rounded flowers with broad, loose, full petals of a rich creamy lemon-yellow color and having a deli- cately mild honey-like fragrance. oz., 50c Pkt. 10c MEXICAN DWARF ORANGE—It is unlike any other Marigold now known, semi-dwarf in habit and heavily laden with quantities of its unique semi- tubular petaled flowers of bright orange. oz., 60c Pkt. 15c AFRICAN VARIETIES MARIGOLD (Tall African Golden Emblem) GOLDEN EMBLEM—Is a rich lemon gold with very large flowers measuring from 4 to 5 inches, in diam- eter.
