Sant Pere church, Jorba. Gothic. XVI-XVII century.
Gothic style is austere and solid with few openings, almost like a fortress. It was built between 1551 and 1558 by the master builder Joan Gibert, Bellpuig. It consists of a nave vault with side chapels and a polygonal apse. The key to the vaults are the shield of Rajadell, lords of the castle at the time. It has a solid square bell tower. The walls are made of stone blocks well squared, but with regular rows of different width. The site is straight edge and is molded with a crown canopy ogee angels in brackets. At its top is a rose. Notably gargoyles shaped like a wild animal.
