Spc. D’Nia Stevens, a member of the Virgin Islands National Guard offers aid to people receiving tarps, non-perishable food, water, hygiene products and other specialty items at a St. John school which serves a point of distribution. St. Thomas and St. John were devastated by both Hurricanes Irma and Maria. In addition to providing relief at points of distribution, National Guard engineers and MPs also provide support on roadways.
