Baroque decorative alphabet from c. 1760
These decorative initials were cut by Joan Michael Fleishman (1701 – 1768) in the first half of the eighteenth century. They feature strong foreground letters with a fine tracery background; you can easily change the blue colour using a "bucket fill" in GIMP, Photoshop, or whatever - there are no gaps in the letter outlines.
