Those living near ponds or still streams with muddy bottoms can grow them there, they can also be grown in foun- tain basins or even in tubs. Put good, rich loam in the tubs, plant them in it, then fill up the tub with water and keep in a warm, sunny situation. N ymphaea flara. A Water Lily native of Florida. Leaves beautifully variegated with brown; flowers bright golden yellow and deliriously scented. It is perfectly hardy, but should have as warm a position as possible during the summer. We are glad to offer it to our cus- tomers at a much lower price than it has ever before been offered. Fine roots, 50c. Xympliaea odorata- Our native Water, or Pond Lily, the praises of which can never be too highly sung.
