Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany officials are preparing to house recruits and permanent personnel from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Island, , due to Hurricane Florence's potential landfall this week. MCLB Albany's Commanding Officer Col. Alphonso Trimble and MCRD Parris Island, Headquarters and Service Battalion, Commanding Officer Col. Sean Killeen are closely monitoring the events of the storm at MCLB Albany's Emergency Operations Center.
