With flood waters receding, Missouri National Guard Citizen-Soldiers remove barriers along Highway 60 near Fisk, Missouri, May 5, 2017. An estimated 1/4 mile worth of barriers and over 15,000 sandbags were laid in the area and will be removed in the coming hours.
