The Conservatoryof Music occupies the entire fourth floor. Each floor is supplied with water, bath and toilet rooms,electric bells and ample hose and fire buckets; the build-ing and premises are supplied with water from three wells,a tank in the tower containing 8,000 gallons, a large springnear by, and a cistern with a capacity of 30,000 gallons.
