A student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 08-20 at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, sounds off after completing a Navy Working Uniform (NWU) inspection, Jan. 10, 2020. The inspection marks the first time students are authorized to wear the complete NWU since arriving to OCS. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly-commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbued with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
