Samuel R. Milner (1875-1958), British physicist. Samuel worked in plasma physics, studying the the electrical conductivity of electrolytes. He was a lecturer at Sheffield University from 1917 until his retirement in 1940. He was elected to the fellowship of the Royal Society in 1922.
