The residential buildings have decorative brickwork along the roofline and around the windows. It is unclear if the buildings are single family homes or multi-family apartment buildings. The industrial or commercial building is also brick. There is a set of large double doors in the center of the building, with a small window on either side. A dirt road runs through the foreground, and a large industrial building can be seen in the background. Original envelope was labeled as 'Zoning/use restrictions', possibly indicating that the photograph was used to demonstrate zoning violations or the need for further use restrictions.
