Head, tegulse, and base of patagia bright yellow ; palpi above and antennae brown; thorax and abdomen brown, the latter yellow towards extremity; pectus and ventral surface of abdomen white ; fore and mid legs yellow. Fore wing bright yellow, with a large brown patch on inner area extending below the costa from base to middle, then to inner margin near tornus, its edges irregular, a crimson point on middle of median nervure and slight streaks on the veins and interspaces; a discoidal brown point and a series beyond the cell between veins 3 and 7; a postmedial series, of which four towards apex are larger, edged with crimson, curved and more or less conjoined ; a subterminal series.
