1004163154P-001 NORFOLK (April 16, 2010) The decommissioned Iowa-class battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64) is berthed at NAUTICUS in downtown Norfolk during a ceremony officially transferring Wisconsin from the Navy to the city of Norfolk. The transfer ends the requirement for the ship to be preserved for possible recall to active duty.
