Sydney, Australia - 15 February 2109 Opened in 1973, Sydney Opera House has become one of the iconic buildings of the 20th Century. Set in an already scenic location in Sydney Harbour, this startling design now represents the modern spirit of both the city and country. In addition to the opera house, this multi - use complex also contains a wide range of concert halls, arts centres and performance spaces. Its immediately recognizable shape has been compared to, and inspired by, shapes in nature such as clouds, shells, bird wings, palm trees and ship here we see something a bit more focused and intimate - a reflection visitors on its many steps and staicases.
