NGC 281 emission nebula, composite image. This emission nebula and open cluster of stars is some 9500 light years from Earth in the constellation of Cassiopeia. It is also known as the Pacman Nebula. This image was obtained using the telescope at the West Mountain Observatory operated by Brigham Young University (BYU).
