Fronds pinnate, the pinnse being lanceolate-acuminate in form,slender, pinnatifid, bluntly lobed, rounded at the base, andcovered with a thin pubescence. Terminal, adherent to a creeping rhizoma. Fertile fronds upright and contracted. Rachis and stipes circular, pale green in colour. Length of frond from twelve to twenty-four inches; colourbright green.
