The Ontario populations of var. racemosa are tetraploid (2n = 36) while those of var. randii are diploid (2n = 18). HABITAT: Falaises calcaires et lapiés dolomitiques, bois rocailleux et dunes. SITUATION: Rare au Nouveau-Brunswick et au Ouébec. REMARQUES: Ressemble fortement à la variété randll qui croît également en Ontario, mais uniquement parmi les roches couvrant les rives orientale et septentrionale du lac Supérieur.
