A quiet scene in Lan Kwai Fong during happy hour, Lan Kwai Fong is one of Hong Kong's most popular nightlife hot spots and home to over 90 restaurants and Executive of Hong Kong Carrie Lam announced today, March 23rd, 2020, a temporary ban on alcohol sales in 8,600 restaurants and bars that hold a liquor licence, after a series of confirmed Covid-19 cases involved people who had been to entertainment areas such as Lan Kwai Fong.
