Thecompany sells the privilege for a fixed sum, reserving theright to cancel the lease at any time and demanding of thelessees that the dance feature be conducted in a manneragreeable to the company. The refreshment stands andbowling alleys are fully provided with modern equipmentand are operated by responsible individuals on the profit-sharing basis. The company supervises the general conductof these enterprises and guarantees the public city pricesand the highest character of service.
