Editor Street Railway Review:— In looking over the programme for the meeting of theStreet Railway Accountants at Cleveland it has seemed tothe writer that there is one very important point that hasbeen overlooked—at least it has not been mentioned—andthat is the point of State Reports. Several states now have Boards of Railway Commis-sioners who, among other things—require the making outof reports and data on the forms furnished and in the mannerprescribed by them, and the prospects are that the numberof states that do this will be very materially increased in thenear future.
