It is well also toadd any element that is lacking in the soil by the use of a readilyavailable commercial fertilize)-. Six inches is a good depth for thesoil, although this may be deeper with good results. This depth allowsspace for a fair root development and also relains sufficient moistureto prevent rapid drying out.
