MORRISVILLE, – The North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART) uses the camera located at the bottom of the Lakota chopper here to spot and rescue residents displaced by Hurricane Matthew over the eastern part of the state, Oct. 10-14, 2016.
