Chief Petty Officer Dominic Brunozzi kisses his wife Diane upon his return to Naval Station San Diego, Calif., on Feb. 2, 2004, after a six-month deployment aboard the USS Curts (FFG 38). The guided missile frigate Curts was deployed to the Naval Forces Southern Command area in support of operations against the illegal smuggling of narcotics. Brunozzi is a Navy engineman.
