His offices and warehouse are at No. 216State Street. Mr. Betts has controlled this important enterprise for the pastten years, and the business itself is one of the earliest established in the Con-necticut Valley, its beginning dating back to 1812. Mr. Betts is agent for thecelebrated Genesee Salt, and has a very large trade in this commodity, as well asin salt fish, canned meats, aud the other important products above enumerated. 56.
