CAMP LEMONNIER, Djbouti (Sept. 28, 2013) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 and other service members and civilians low crawl through a mud pit while competing in a Mud Run on Camp Lemonnier. NMCB-11 is a Seabee battalion currently deployed to multiple locations in support of Command, European Command, Central Command, and Pacific Command areas of responsibility. NMCB-11's Det. Horn of Africa (HOA) is a Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa unit whose mission includes stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations.
