It shows a supply train belonging to the 79th Infantry Brigade from the 40th Division. The brigade is seen camping at San Diegits ranch in Del Mar, California, during a 10-day hike. The photograph was censored and released by the Historical Branch of the War Plans Division on May 3, 1918.
