He is a lawyer, and also does a realestate business in the vicinity of Milton. From 1863 to 1866 he studied at William in Boston; from 1866 to 1870, in Switzerland, France, Italy and Germany; in1870 and 1871, at Nobles School in Boston. Entering Harvard College in the last-named year, he graduated in 1875. From 1876 to 1879 he was in the Harvard LawSchool.
