The Army Corps of Engineers and contractor CERES Environmental Services, Inc., turned over the Wimberly Pit temporary debris staging and reduction site in southwest Georgia, Feb. 13. Here, Bert Skillen, Corps environmental compliance specialist, takes pictures for his final report. He also met with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, to ensure the site complies with state regulations before turnover.
