London, UK. 1st June, 2013. Former BBC journalist Jack Pizzey organised a demonstration today against BBC's refusal to call waterboarding "torture". The media organisation insists that waterboarding is merely "a harsh interrogation technique". Pizzey (holding megaphone) is putting pressure on the BBC to use the word "torture" in its coverage. He was equipped with a watering can and a towel to represent the items used to waterboard victims. "We believe you can debate whether of not to USE torture, but not whether waterboarding IS torture. It's a no-brainer." he explained.
