(Oct. 18, 2004) - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Terry Scott addresses sailors aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during the unveiling of the new Task Force Uniform concept for Sailors E-1 through O-10.
