When we put in a new brood ofchicks we also disinfect our hover andcoops. The 5 x 10 coops are cleaned everythree days, and littei is removed everytwo weeks and roosts and drop boardsare treated with kerosene oil every twoor three weeks in the summer to keepout lice and vermin.
