Tech Sgt. (ret) Wilbur Grisham was the Leavenworth Veterans Day parade grand marshal. He enlisted in the Army in July 1941. The Leavenworth Veterans Day parade is the oldest Veterans Day observance in the nation and the largest parade west of the Mississippi.
