The following ships, the guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon, HMS Portland of the United Kingdom, FS La Fayette of France and RFS Admiral Chabanenko of Russia sail the waters of the Atlantic Ocean as part of FRUKUS 2007. FRUKUS, named after the participating countries was created in 2003 to aid talks between France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The countries will participate in a five-day exercise at Naval Station Norfolk and in the waters off the Virginia and North Carolina coast. Ships at sea for FRUKUS 103188
