The first session of Gibtalks, a new live debate event organised by Julian Felices and the Ministry of Culture in Gibraltar, took place today at the John Macintosh Hall in Gibraltar. Among the speakers were the editor of the Gibraltar Chronicle, Dominique Searle, the leader of the Opposition Daniel Feetham, former Minister Peter Montegriffo and Government Minister John Cortes. The event is based on the popular "TED" talks structure.
