Members of the 450th Civil Affairs Battalion East Africa share a meal with members of the Djiboutian Armed Forces (FAD) during a site survey to Yoboki, Djibouti, to follow up on previous education projects and set the stage for future operations on March 7, 2023. During the visit, the Civil Affairs team built relationships and appreciated the hospitality shown by the Yoboki community.
