A percussion target rifle, Bristlen in Morges, circa 1840. Two-stage barrel, octagonal changing to round, rifled bore in 11 mm calibre. Aperture sight. Percussion lock with the maker's inscription inlaid in silver. Double set triggers. Walnut full stock with iron furniture and horn nose cap. Ramrod missing. Front sight was inexpertly repaired. Shows light marks of use. Length 124 cm. Cf.
